Ask to see the trucks and equipment that the mover uses to make sure everything is on the up and up. If you are going into storage, ask to see the moving company’s storage facility and the location where your goods will be stored.
If the company is avoiding you or gives you various excuses regarding its location, it’s probably a good sign you should move on and seek another service provider.
